Your role As the Property Manager, you'll focus on what you do best:





- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Managing maintenance and repairs
- Handling lease renewals and rent reviews
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Providing proactive communication and outstanding customer service
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation

About you You'll be someone who:

- Has previous residential property management experience
- Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Communicates confidently with both landlords and tenants
- Enjoys working in a team that supports one another
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
