This is not a job for someone who wants to stand around holding a shovel.
This is physical outdoor work. You'll be working in the sun, rain, heat and cold, lifting, digging, building and learning alongside experienced tradespeople. The right person will embrace the challenge and enjoy seeing quality projects come to life.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a great attitude and robust work ethic
- Is mature-minded and reliable
- Is punctual and takes pride in their work
- Communicates well with clients and team members
- Is willing to learn and give 100% every day
- Has labouring or construction experience (an advantage but not essential)
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport
