We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.74 per hour for this role.

About the role:
Joining Bunnings as a Trade Specialist, you'll bring your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to provide the best experience to our trade customers. You'll have the chance to develop skills in relationship building, high-volume inventory management and logistics, while playing a crucial role in contributing to your warehouse's commercial growth. You'll handle a diverse client portfolio, including residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more.

- Generate future sales leads and maintain relationships within your local area and local organisations

Who we’re looking for:
If you’re passionate about customer service and driven to advance your career, this role is for you. It offers pathways into other areas such as Quoting, Account Management, Business Development, and more.
You will have an interest in trade products and an understanding of how to drive sales within a retail environment. Experience in the industry is always a plus, however we will make the most of your transferable skills and give you the tools you'll need to succeed.
- Previous experience in a customer service and administrative based role is desirable
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs
- To be detail oriented with a professional approach
- Confidence to reach out to, connect with, and communicate with customers
- Genuine interest in trade products and an eagerness to learn more about products and services
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
