We're partnering with one of Australia's leading critical infrastructure organisations as they embark on a business-critical enterprise transformation that will redefine how field operations are delivered across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected Architecture practice at the beginning of a major transformation program, where you'll help shape the future-state technology landscape rather than simply deliver against an existing design.

Working alongside senior technology leaders, business executives and a Tier 1 System Integrator, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the enterprise solution architecture for a next-generation Field Service Management platform, ensuring it integrates seamlessly across a complex enterprise environment while setting the strategic direction for years to come.

The Role

As the Solution Architect, you'll lead the architecture stream across a major transformation program, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to define solution strategy, target-state architecture and enterprise integration patterns. You'll work across multiple business domains, developing architecture roadmaps, solution designs, governance artefacts and technical standards, while providing architectural leadership throughout blueprint and implementation.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring:

- 10+ years' experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect




- Proven experience delivering Field Service Management (FSM) solutions
- Strong Enterprise Integration Architecture experience
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Robust stakeholder management across Architecture, Technology and Business
- Experience developing architecture strategies, solution blueprints, roadmaps and governance artefacts
- Excellent communication and consulting skills

Highly regarded

- Utilities, energy or other complex asset-intensive industries
- IFS Field Service Management
- SAP Integration
- TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Experience working alongside Tier 1 System Integrators

Technology Environment

Experience across one or more of the following would be highly advantageous:
- Field Service Management (IFS, Salesforce Field Service, SAP FSM, ServiceMax, ClickSoftware or similar)
- Enterprise Integration
- APIs & Middleware
- SAP
- Cloud Platforms
- Enterprise Architecture
- TOGAF
- Large-scale Digital Transformation
