We help organisations modernise their business processes through SAP implementations, AI-enabled solutions, and managed services. As part of our growth strategy, we are establishing a dedicated SAP Ariba practice, beginning with a Source-to-Contract (S2C) implementation for a leading client. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design and architecture for an SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract implementation.

This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding functional consultants, facilitating design workshops, and ensuring successful delivery across SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management (CLM), and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).

The successful candidate will act as the design authority for the engagement, working closely with the client, offshore delivery team, and INK IT leadership to establish a scalable Ariba delivery foundation. Key Responsibilities

Own the SAP Ariba solution architecture and design authority across:

SAP Ariba Sourcing

Contract Management (CLM)

Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)

Lead client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solution designs.

Define and approve

Business process designs

Functional specifications

Configuration decisions





Approval workflows

Templates, questionnaires, and clause libraries

Review and guide offshore functional consultants across:

SLP

Sourcing

Contracts

Data migration activities

Ensure SAP Ariba best practices are followed throughout solution design and implementation.

Lead AI/Joule capability assessment and activation activities, including relevant Guided Sourcing and Supplier Management use cases.

Design and govern the master data migration approach between SAP ECC and SAP Ariba, including:

Data extraction

Data cleansing

Data formatting

Upload activities

Business validation and sign-off

Provide architectural guidance for future phases, including:

S/4HANA integration

Ariba P2P enablement

Own key project documentation including:

Business Blueprint

Functional Design Documents

UAT scenarios and scripts

Cutover and migration plans

Participate in project governance meetings and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of SAP Ariba consulting experience with strong solution architecture exposure.

Proven experience delivering SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract implementations covering:

Sourcing

Contract Management

Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)

SAP Ariba certification(s) preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Sourcing events (RFP, auctions)





Contract workspace configuration

Clause libraries

Approval workflows

Supplier management processes

SPM scorecards and surveys

Reporting capabilities

Experience working in client-facing onshore roles and managing offshore delivery teams.

Understanding of SAP procurement processes including:

SAP S/4HANA Procurement (P2P)

Ariba–ECC/S4HANA integration approaches

CIG / PI-PO integration concepts

Knowledge of SAP Ariba AI capabilities and Joule activation is highly desirable.

Solid stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Must be based in Melbourne or able to work from Melbourne.
