- Ongoing role at level, based at Martin Place, Sydney.

Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from ongoing Premier’s Department & The Cabinet Office employees who wish to be considered.

For subsequent assignments/transfers at level you must be substantively employed on an ongoing basis in the same or equivalent grade as this advertised role.

Please note, Workforce Mobility Placement Program Candidates will take priority on this assignment.

About the Role

You will join our Talent Advisory team within the Workforce Planning branch in the People and Workforce group.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will design and deliver strategic sourcing initiatives to attract high-quality talent across the NSW Government, with a focus on complex and hard-to-fill roles including infrastructure, engineering and other specialist or executive domains.

You will play a key role in shaping sourcing best practice, contributing to workforce planning initiatives and leading sourcing-related projects from concept through to delivery.



This includes enhancing employer branding, improving candidate experience and continuously refining sourcing approaches in a agile, fast-paced environment.

Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary $133,348- $146,945 plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading
