Shift

Details - Available shifts: Wednesday & Friday – 8:30am to 4:30pm.

- Hourly rates: $32.91 to $36.50 plus penalties.

Responsibilities - Deliver care within the Richard Geeves Social Cottage in North Turramurra.

- Provide socialisation and supervision in line with each client’s care plan.
- Organise and facilitate activities, events, outings and excursions for clients, including those living with dementia.
- Off‑site care and supervision for clients, with the capacity to drive a 12‑seater bus where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, communicate professional changes, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills - No formal qualification required, but Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage.

- Australian driver’s licence (standard licence required for bus operation).
- First Aid certificate (desirable).




- Working With Children Check.
- Empathy and compassion.
- Good administrative and computer skills, including smartphone use.
- Strong team player, able to communicate professionally.
- Australian work rights.
