We're a specialty coffee brand focused on creating connections through coffee, from green bean importers to everyday coffee drinkers and everyone in between. We source ethically, build real relationships with farmers and importers, and are always evolving how we buy and brew.

We're growing across our Broadway, QVB, Marrickville and Fish Market locations, and we're looking for experienced specialty coffee professionals ready to lead from behind the bar.

Roles Available

- Lead Barista (2IC) — Minimum 2 years' experience. Skilled across multiple brew methods and roast styles, confident dialling in light and medium roasts, and able to supervise and train junior baristas.

- Lead Shift Barista — Minimum 2 years' experience. Able to run a shift independently and troubleshoot coffee taste issues on the fly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and serving coffee with precision and consistency, every cup meeting our standards

- Showcasing your latte art skills to elevate every beverage

- Talking customers through our coffee — origins, flavour profiles, brewing techniques — and turning that knowledge into sales

- Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and equipment calibrated

- Working closely with our Head Roaster,



Head Barista and the wider team to keep service smooth during peak hours

- Creating a welcoming, personalised experience for every guest

- Handling transactions accurately and contributing to a great in-store atmosphere

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a specialty coffee barista

- Confident dialling in multiple brew methods — pour-over, espresso, batch brew, cold brew

- Familiarity with TDS readings

- Comfortable operating specialty equipment including La Marzocco KB90, La Marzocco Strada, Tone, Uber, Fetco and Wally (full training provided)

- Experience training and leading junior baristas

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love of talking coffee with customers

- Composure and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-first attitude and robust work ethic

Role Details

- Full-time and casual positions available

- Must be available to work Sundays and public holidays
