Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients of varying ages.
- Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications: 1. A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent).
