Special-T Operations PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in north west Sydney near Rouse Hill, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to a variety of surfaces primarily on-site. As a member of our small team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.
What you'll be doing
1. Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning and priming
2. Operating electrostatic spray painting equipment to apply paint finishes with a high level of precision both in house, and on-site.
3. Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
5. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
1. Experience as a spray-painter in the automotive or industrial industry benificial
2. Strong communication skills for client relations
3. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
4. Technical know-how, problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. A commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
6.
Familiarity with common spray-painting techniques and equipment
7. Knowledge of automotive and industrial paints, coatings, and materials
