Stock Controller Assistant – Brighton Honda Centre & Geely Brighton (Full‑time) Our team is growing, and we need you!

About the Opportunity As a Stock Controller Assistant, you will assist in managing inventory control-related activities, including controlling the inward and outward flow of vehicles, managing current vehicle stock, and communicating with clients and the sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and facilitating the inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness. You will also manage control measures to ensure errors and discrepancies are addressed and resolved, and have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities - VicRoads registrations, disposals, and acquisitions.

- Customer contact, including updates on ordered vehicles and booking clients for delivery.
- Compiling and obtaining deal paperwork.
- Managing all car registration functions including ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Ensuring that all tasks required to be completed on a vehicle are actioned.
- Facilitating the administrative inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensuring inventory is kept up to date within the DMS system.
- Managing control measures to ensure errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted,



addressed, and resolved.

Ideal

Candidate - Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in automotive administration is an advantage.
