We’re currently searching for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Highpoint team. This is a fast-paced store environment where strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service are key to success.

With an extensive range of sports nutrition, vitamins, and health products, a solid understanding of supplements and the health & fitness industry will be highly regarded.

Your Role

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Highpoint store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong team performance.

Key responsibilities include

- Delivering outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team
- Managing inventory, stock control, and merchandising standards
- Overseeing rosters, administration, and store presentation
- Driving sales, local marketing initiatives, and social media engagement
- Achieving and exceeding store KPIs and performance targets

What You Bring

- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Knowledge of supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)
- Understanding of sports nutrition and wellness products
- Nutrition or fitness-related qualifications (a bonus)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
