Role Description

This part time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at AM AGRITECH is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing existing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement in agricultural project operations and support services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and presentations, assisting in the development of workflows and process maps, and supporting data collection and analysis for business and operational metrics. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with business goals, and will help maintain clear communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundation in Business Analysis to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Business Process understanding and Business Requirements gathering to document workflows and define solution needs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture, agritech, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or data visualization software.
- A relevant qualification or coursework in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field, and an interest in developing a career in business analysis, will be advantageous.
