About the Role

As a Casual Educator,



you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity of care and education when permanent team members are on leave. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing across all age groups
- Assisting educators in implementing engaging learning experiences
- Building positive relationships with children, families and team members
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing setting
- Contributing to daily routines and centre operations
- Supporting observations, documentation and learning outcomes

About You

We're looking for educators who are flexible, reliable and passionate about early childhood education.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualification
- Previous experience in a long day care environment
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
- Flexibility to accept shifts at short notice when required
- A positive, team-focused attitude and genuine passion for supporting children
