Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support delivery of early and core civil packages on a major Power Plant project in Queensland.

This is a key site leadership role responsible for subcontractor management, site coordination, and execution of civil scopes aligned with project schedules and safety standards.

The role will see you working at a 14/7 roster, back-to-back with the Civil Superintendent.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site activities in line with project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Work closely with the Civil Superintendent to drive project outcomes
- Monitor progress and manage competing priorities across site

Qualifications





- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor on large‑scale construction or energy projects.
- Robust background in concrete foundations and formwork.
- Experience delivering underground services and utilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors onsite.
- Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
