Talent Butler is partnering with a well-established commercial construction business seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team.

This is a key role responsible for managing complex construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial construction experience across D&C; and ECI projects, with the ability to lead project teams, manage commercial outcomes and drive successful delivery across education, health and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects across D&C; and ECI environments
- Lead project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators and subcontractors
- Manage project performance including cost, program, quality and commercial outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Review design, procurement and construction strategies to improve project outcomes
- Manage subcontractor performance, variations, procurement and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams during tender and ECI phases
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain delivery performance




- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental requirements

About You

You will be an experienced construction professional with a strong background delivering commercial building projects.

You will ideally have:

- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience delivering D&C; and ECI projects across sectors such as education, health or government
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming, procurement and commercial management
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients, consultants and delivery teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with solid commercial judgement
