We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Managerto oversee the end‑to‑end production of Paspaley’s fine jewellery, upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end production across collections, bespoke work, repairs, and special projects.
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and uncompromising quality.
- Uphold and enhance quality standards across all stages of jewellery manufacturing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary workshop team.
- Oversee precious metal, pearl, and gemstone inventory with precision and integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement across workflows, systems, and workshop efficiency.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and professionally run workshop workplace.
