Urgent requirement of UFT & Python Automation Test Engineer - Contract - Sydney

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and Python.
- Automate backlog regression test cases to improve regression efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Design reusable automation components and libraries.
- Execute automated and manual test cases during sprint and release cycles.
- Analyze execution results and troubleshoot automation failures.
- Log, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience Requirements





- 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience in UFT Automation.
- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. UFT certification preferred.

Success Criteria

- Independently automate regression test cases using UFT and Python.
- Achieve automation coverage targets within project timelines.
- Reduce manual regression effort through reusable automation components.
- Deliver high-quality automation scripts with minimal maintenance effort.

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
