Life Without Barriers is seeking an Intensive Therapeutic Care Worker to support a young person living with a complex disability and ABI in a 24/7 residential setting at Tweed Heads. This casual, part time role requires compassion, patience and a trauma-informed approach.

You will promote safety, wellbeing and independence, using a person-centred, therapeutic style. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, active nights and weekends.
