About the role

We are hiring a Head of Service Delivery to run everything we deliver to our customers after the sale: implementation and skilled services projects, the engineers who deliver customer-funded work, and the support function. It is a management team seat reporting to the General Manager, leading a team of around 10.

There is a build in this job as well as a run. We are modernising the platform and moving customer environments to the cloud, and this role designs and runs the capability that does it, at a repeatable cadence rather than one heroic project at a time.

What you will be doing

- Running a portfolio of concurrent customer projects: implementations, upgrades and enhancements
- Owning the engineering effort behind customer-funded and maintenance work, including estimation, allocation and recovery
- Building a repeatable capability to migrate complex ERP environments to the cloud, with specialist partners on the technical design
- Owning support service delivery, including SLA design, measurement and attainment
- Establishing and running our out-of-hours commitments to customers, including on-call cover and go-live weekends




- Leading and mentoring project coordinators, consultants, engineers and support staff
- Managing senior customer relationships, steering committees and escalations as part of the management team

What you will bring

- A project management professional: formal qualification, and a record of developing coordinators into capable practitioners
- Service delivery leadership across both professional services and support
- Experience leading software engineers on paid customer work, and the technical literacy to challenge a design or hold a specialist partner to account
- Strong ERP knowledge, including how ERP transactions drive accounting outcomes
- A track record of running multiple concurrent projects through a structured portfolio approach
- Experience of cloud migration programmes, and of managing complex data and demanding customers
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude in your daily work, and the drive to embed them across a delivery function
- Comfort leading a function that carries out-of-hours commitments, including go-live weekends
- Australian work authorisation at the time of application
