We’re assembling an exceptional team to help shape the culture, standards, and resident experience of this new home from the very beginning.

As a Carer at Anglicare Sydney, you will provide high quality care and support to residents, helping them live with dignity and purpose. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents. You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met in a caring and nurturing environment.

- Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming and feeding.
- Support residents with mobility and physical assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and document residents’ progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive setting within the facility.

What you’ll bring

You are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.

- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.
- All required qualifications must be recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
