Dolce & Salato, Fremantle is seeking an experienced and capable full-time Café Manager to lead our Fremantle team and oversee the day-to-day operation of the café.
The successful candidate will be a strong and practical leader with a sound understanding of:
- Staff leadership, supervision and development
- Rostering and staff wages
- Budgeting and cost control
- Customer service and quality control
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge ideas to support business growth
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, maintain high operational standards and bring fresh ideas to help drive the business forward.
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on the candidate’s experience and suitability for the role.
