Job Description
- SBA demand for TOM (Target Operating Model)
- Solid business analysis capability (primaryfocus – 60-65%)
- Operating Model knowledge and experience ( Lead(as BA role with allocated Service) future‑state process and operatingmodel design, build and embed activities including process mapping,workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), and alignment to valuechains or capabilities)
- Technical & data awareness (40%)- Act asa bridge between business intent and solution delivery, supportingtranslation of TOM requirements into solution‑level considerations
- Toolsand tracking through Visio, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint to name a few
