What you’ll do

- Respond to enquiries quickly and professionally (calls, messages, walk-ins).
- Run showroom appointments, test drives, and vehicle walkarounds with confidence.
- Manage follow-ups and next steps in the CRM (no leads left behind).
- Work with operations to keep customers updated on timelines and vehicle readiness.
- Support deliveries and handovers to maintain a high-trust customer experience.
- Contribute to a tidy, well-presented showroom and strong team culture.

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years in automotive sales or comparable high-ticket sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with structured follow-ups and CRM usage.
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled presentation.

Nice to have

- Enthusiasm for JDM/import vehicles and enthusiast customers.
- Basic understanding of finance/trade-ins (we can train).
- Ability to film simple walkaround videos for customers.
