Work with a highly experienced team including the Managing Director, Operations Manager and another Dealer’s Assistant. You will assist in conducting due diligence, processing transfer related documents and liaising with recent and existing clients, with an expectation to participate in client meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and contribute to client meetings
- Assist with advising UHNW clients in their international share exposures
- Follow all established firm processes and procedures.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and external professionals.
- Proactively liaise with the Operations Manager and back-office to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collate research and market information for clients.
- Maintain and store detailed client records.
- Maintain knowledge of our product offerings and administration requirements.
- Invite current and prospective clients to regular monthly investment briefings held in our office
