The SRLA Graduate Program will provide a rewarding opportunity to learn from industry experts and contribute to a city shaping project, providing pathways for new career entrants to gain valuable industry experience and exposure. Graduates will be offered industry-specific training, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Through the SRLA Graduate Program, Graduates will put learned theory into practice in real employment. Graduates will perform multiple roles in SRLA on a rotating basis and be exposed to a range of different jobs within their chosen field of study.

The SRLA Graduate Program aims to launch meaningful career options to pave the way forward for opportunities in transport, infrastructure and projects.

As well as offering learning and development opportunities, the program also provides mentoring and networking to kickstart your career in transport.

As a graduate, you will undertake a variety of technical and qualified duties to support the planning and delivering of a city and state-shaping project. The program has been designed to develop and grow our graduates into future leaders of Victoria’s public transport network. You will learn, develop, and practice core competencies as you rotate through different areas of your allocated division. Providing technical support and coordination, your key focus will be on implementing agile work practices and scaling technical work products according to risk complexity. Working collaboratively, you will be resilient, flexible, and adaptable to project and program demands.
