We are seeking a motivated Junior Shop Assistant to join the team at Granbergs in Bibra Lake, a specialist retail store dealing in knives, watches, firearms, and related accessories. This role suits someone with strong customer service experience who is keen to develop skills in a unique retail workplace, with additional exposure to digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and general in-store support
- Assist with point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory organisation
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Support compliance and safe handling procedures under supervision
- General retail duties as required
About You
- Previous customer service experience required
- Interest in retail
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
- National Police Clearance (NPC) – mandatory
- Must be eligible to obtain a Firearms Licence (required for store licensing compliance)
