Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our opening team for Wishbone. You will assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, planning, organising and coaching the team to maintain high standards across all sections.
The ideal candidate has premium restaurant sous chef experience; Chinese cuisine experience is advantageous. You will ensure food safety, manage rostering, and uphold OH&S; procedures while supporting a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
