Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Robotics Innovation Company with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Technical Solution Manager - Autonomous Mobile Robot as part of their expansion plans in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne based), reporting to the Department Head.

Responsibilities

The Technical Solution Manager - Autonomous Mobile Robot is responsible for:

- Install and commission new plants, ensuring smooth and safe start‑up operations.
- Provide simple and clear technical support to plant owners, operators, and on‑site teams.
- Visit customer plants regularly to check performance and identify service or upgrade opportunities.
- Support aftersales activities, including service training and coordination with service partners.
- Help solve product issues and support communication between technical teams and customers.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics automation
- Valuable communication skills and comfortable presenting to customers
- Able to solve problems, manage tasks, use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and travel when needed.
- Able to base in Sydney or Melbourne.
