About the Role
- Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‑of‑house administration.
- Permanent Part Time position with a Wednesday‑Sunday roster, 25 hours a week.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
- Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs and in line with budgets.
