We're looking for a technically minded C&I; Solution Manager to support our growing Commercial & Industrial business across solar, battery energy storage (BESS) and EV charging solutions.

Working closely with our sales team, customers and EPC partners, you'll provide technical expertise throughout the sales process, developing innovative, commercially viable solutions that deliver exceptional customer outcomes and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Key Duties

- Provide technical support to the commercial sales team and customers
- Prepare preliminary system designs, sizing and technical proposals.
- Support feasibility studies, energy analysis and solution development.
- Assist with tender submissions and technical documentation.
- Liaise with EPCs, installers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders.




- Deliver product and technical training when required.

About You

- 2+ years' experience in the Australian solar and energy storage industry.
- Experience with commercial solar and BESS projects.
- Robust understanding of Australian standards and network requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Current SAA Design Accreditation in:

- Grid-Connected (GC)
- Stand-Alone Power Systems (SAPS)
- Grid-Connected Battery (GC Battery)
