We’re now looking for an inspiring and experienced Store Manager to bring the VS brand to life on the shop floor — from creating unforgettable customer experiences to leading your team to exceed sales goals.

About the Role

As our Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning and performance management
- Ensuring inventory integrity by minimising stock loss and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Managing visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards
- Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment
- Upholding high service standards and consistently meeting key performance indicators

About You We're seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. You will bring:

- Proven experience managing or supervising in a premium or high-volume retail or hospitality setting
- Demonstrate experience as a Cluster Manager, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple sites and lead teams across different locations.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with a results-driven mindset
- A hands-on approach and a commitment to leading by example
- The ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and embodying the Victoria's Secret brand.
