We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our warehouse operations in Broome. This full-time position plays an important role in ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately to support our retail operations throughout the Kimberley. The successful applicant will be organised, safety-conscious and capable of working efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect and unload incoming freight and supplier deliveries.
Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch to retail stores and customers. Accurately record stock movements using inventory management systems.
Store products safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory reconciliation. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment where appropriately licensed. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. Comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Liaise with transport providers, suppliers and internal staff to support warehouse operations.
Perform general warehouse and logistics duties as required. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or storeperson role.
Ability to safely perform manual handling and physically demanding tasks. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer literacy and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable work ethic with strong time-management skills. Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
Willingness to live and work in Broome, a regional location in the West Kimberley. Desirable Current Forklift Licence (LF).
Experience working in regional or remote warehouse operations. Experience using inventory management or ERP systems. Pre-Employment Requirements
