Our client Bondor (South Australia) is seeking a Store person / Loader to join our SA team. Based at their Salisbury South branch, you will be responsible for the effective management of incoming stock and outgoing orders and general warehouse operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Store person / Loader, reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control and order preparation whilst ensuring safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory, ensuring products are accurately documented and organised
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, including inventory management and housekeeping duties




- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts safely and effectively
- On occasions assist the production team on selected manufacturing activities

ABOUT YOU

- Previous Store person or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Previous Forklift loading experience with long products (preferred)
- Forklift licence (minimum 2 years)
- Experience using a Combi Lift Forklift (preferred but not essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valuable physical fitness level
- Moderate level computer literacy (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, transport, and distribution processes
- Strong understanding of OHS, hazard identification, and risk assessment
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A positive, flexible, can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving skills
- A contributor to a positive team culture
