Shifts Required

Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM

Role and Responsibilities The Store Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and conducting the daily operations of the store. This includes adhering to Cashzone’s Policies and Procedures and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Customer Service

- Provide consistently excellent service in person, over the phone, and online.
- Receive training, mentoring, and supervision to meet Cashzone’s high standards of customer satisfaction.

Unsecured Cash Loans

- Complete online training to become a credit representative of Sure Cash.
- Collaborate with Sure Cash to finalise loan applications.

Point of Sale

- Perform all sales transactions including laybys, discounts, and refunds.
- Use the Point of Sale system (Pawnit), organisation software (Monday) and Google and Microsoft (Office) to process and record activities.

Cash Handling

- Handle large amounts of cash with honesty and integrity.
- Receive training in cash handling techniques and quick, accurate basic math calculations.

Pawn Loans, Contracts and Sales

- Negotiate and process pawnbroking loan and buy contracts, research, and sales.
- Receive training and mentoring in negotiation, research methods, and pricing guidelines.

Presentation of Store and Stock

- Display items professionally in-store and maintain cleanliness throughout.




- Take photographs for social media and the online store: cashzone.com.au
- Clean the shopfront, offices, and storage areas (e.g. vacuuming, dusting).

Errands

- Run occasional errands such as posting items, collecting change from the bank, and purchasing supplies from local retailers.

General Responsibilities

- Oversee store transactions and complete start/end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Be available for alarm system callouts, delegate tasks as needed, and resolve in-store issues.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- High School Certificate (equivalent accepted)
- Current Police Check (must be clear)
- Previous managerial, supervisor, or team leader experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
