This is a full-time role based in Kunda Park, QLD, with your time split evenly between warehouse responsibilities and completing customer deliveries. You’ll join a small, supportive team where everyone contributes across the branch, while being trusted to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries and courier shipments.
- Completing customer deliveries in the company vehicle.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Assisting with order processing, invoicing and inventory tasks.
- Taking pride in the presentation of the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Supporting the wider branch team with day-to-day operational duties.

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Solid communication skills – Able to build rapport easily with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment – Plumbing wholesale experience is a strong advantage, but not essential.
- Physically capable – Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including picking, packing, and lifting items up to 23kg.
- High attention to detail – Accuracy in order preparation and safety-conscious at all times.
- Technically capable – Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using basic warehouse systems.
- Proactive and motivated – A “can-do” attitude, hardworking nature,



and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Well-presented and personable – Professional appearance and a friendly, supportive manner.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence – Mandatory for the delivery component of the role.
- Full Australian or New Zealand working rights – Sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
