The Role
Join our close-knit warehouse team in Balcatta, reporting to the WA Branch Manager. You'll pick, pack and dispatch orders for our customers — pool builders, service technicians, pool shops and pool owners.
- Pick, pack and check orders for dispatch
- Receive and dispatch goods via courier services
- Process goods movements on our computer system
- Load and unload using a forklift
- Maintain stock locations in the warehouse
- Assist with warranty and customer service enquiries
- Follow OHS policies and procedures
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or storeperson role
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Forklift Licence — current, or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence with computers (or a quick learner)
- Self-motivated, proactive and a team player
