Crystalbrook Collection is seeking an experienced events skilled to bring each event to life across our Cairns hotels and resorts. You will connect the details, people and plans to create an effortless client and guest experience from confirmation to post-event follow-up. You will manage timelines, deposits, room blocks, pre-arrival docs, BEO meetings and coordinate with venue managers, chefs and hotel teams to deliver presentation-ready spaces and warm welcomes for arrivals.
