Structural Landscaper / Retaining Wall Builder – Full Time (Brisbane Northside)

We build high‑end concrete sleeper and block retaining walls across Brisbane. Big, structural jobs, not mowing lawns. We’re busy, growing, and looking for a solid structural landscaper to join the crew.

If you can turn plans into rock‑solid walls and you’re sick of working for disorganised operators, this is for you.

About the role

You’ll be working on structural landscaping projects from start to finish, mainly:

- Building concrete sleeper and block retaining walls ($200k+ jobs)
- Reading plans / set‑out with the engineer’s specs
- Assisting with excavation, footings, steel, drainage and backfilling
- Installing sleepers/blocks to line and level
- Keeping sites protected, tidy, and client‑friendly
- Working as part of a small, tight crew (and stepping up as leading hand over time if you’re the right person)

Most work is on the northside of Brisbane with machine access – no backyard postage‑stamp nightmares every day.

What we’re looking for

Must‑haves:
- Experience in structural landscaping / retaining walls (ideally 2–3+ years)
- Comfortable working with concrete sleepers/blocks, steel, drainage, set‑out
- White Card & driver’s licence
- Physically fit and ok with hard work in all weather
- Turns up on time, does what they say, doesn’t disappear on Mondays

Nice‑to‑haves (not deal‑breakers):
- Experience operating mini excavators / skid steers
- Own transport and basic tools
- Experience dealing with builders/engineers on site
