About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Strategy Manager to join one of Australia's largest organisations. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on high impact strategic projects, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive productivity, operational excellence, and business transformation.

You will support the identification and delivery of an annual productivity pipeline, combining the pace and variety of management consulting with the stability and long-term career opportunities of an in-house role. You'll lead strategic initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading end to end portfolio management and delivery of complex, enterprise wide cost optimisation and transformation programs.
- Driving business process optimisation and re-engineering initiatives, including current state analysis, future state design, and identification of efficiency opportunities.
- Developing business cases, facilitating strategy workshops, and using structured problem solving methodologies to identify and quantify value creation opportunities.
- Acting as Project Lead by scoping initiatives, developing delivery plans, and securing cross functional stakeholder alignment.
- Establishing strong project governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business while influencing strategic decision making.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of five years' experience in a similar strategy, transformation, or consulting role,



ideally within a leading Management Consulting firm.
- A demonstrated track record of career progression and delivering complex transformation projects across large organisations.
- Experience developing business strategy, facilitating executive workshops, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop executive level presentations, storyboards, and business cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
- Proven experience managing large scale process re-engineering, cost optimisation, or operational transformation programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline. Professional procurement qualifications (such as MCIPS) will be highly regarded.
- Experience across indirect procurement categories such as IT & Digital, Facilities Management, Brand & Marketing, or other corporate services will be advantageous.
