About The Role Planning, coordinating, implementation and reporting of national Street Team activations, ensuring successful execution of client and ARN campaigns to deliver unforgettable moments for listeners and clients.
Manage Street Team rostering, onboarding, training, communications and performance support. Oversee vehicles, equipment, uniforms and merchandise, maintaining brand standards and operational readiness. Track budgets, reporting, Salesforce administration and campaign performance insights. Build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring legal compliance, workplace safety and support across broader marketing initiatives and marketing team administration.
About You
Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in fast-paced environments. Excellent relationship-building, communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Highly organised with robust attention to detail, budget management and problem-solving skills. Ability to use initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance and direction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience advantageous.
