What this role is about
This is not a “fill the hours and hope” role.
You will
- Work 1:1 with NDIS participants (16–45+ years old, living at home or independently) in the south of Adelaide
- Deliver our 12‑Week Life Structure Program using 3–6 hours/week of support
- Help participants with four key focus areas:
- Daily & weekly routines
- Cleaning & home organisation
- Basic budgeting and money routines
- Getting out of the house for exercise / meaningful activity
- Record short, clear notes and simple progress check‑ins that coordinators can actually use
What makes this role different
1. You do the program on yourself first (paid). In your first 4–12 weeks, you will:
- Complete a simplified version of the Structured Living Program for your own life
- Choose one personal goal (e.g. morning routine, budgeting system, movement, home environment)
- Use the same tools, forms and check‑ins you’ll later use with participants
We want you to feel what good structure does in your own life, so you’re not just following a script – you’re speaking from experience.
1. Clear structure, not guesswork.
You get:
- A step‑by‑step framework for your first 12 weeks with each participant
- Example session plans and checklists for home, health, budgeting and meaningful activity modules
- Regular support from our client services team when things get stuck
