About the role:
As our Submissions Coordinator joining our busy team based in Bulimba, you will assist the NACP Projects team with end-to-end coordination and production of EOI’s, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery for the purpose of winning construction work. Provide submissions coordination and in house graphic design support for EOI’s, tenders, award submissions, capability statements and project profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination, preparation and submission of high-quality sales and marketing documentation that responds to client needs while effectively communicating company narrative for the national NACP Projects brand.
- Apply graphic design and administrative skills to continually develop our sales capability and physical presentation through the use of Adobe InDesign, professional photography and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Use well developed communication skills to understand client needs and technical documentation to develop sales pitch in respond that includes research, interview,
proof-reading and editing to prepare high quality narrative.
About you: To be successful in this position you’ll be highly motivated, adaptable and willing to learn while building relationships with others. You will have excellent communication, editing and proofreading skills and will be able to deliver a high standard of service. You will be interested in communications, publications, desktop graphics and submission preparation/coordination and management.
Your fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign will support the experienced team and enable you to ‘hit the ground running’. You will have and be willing to develop skills in Microsoft Office 365.
Working with our friendly team based in Bulimba, you’ll feel supported from your very first day. You’ll need a sense of humour, helpful ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to impress with your initiative.
