About us
Peloton Corporate is a leading Australian valuation and advisory practice, trusted for more than 20 years by ASX-listed, private and government clients to bring clarity to their most complex valuation questions. We determine the value of assets that have no market – business valuations, tax valuations, transaction support, and dispute and litigation valuations.
1,000+ valuations completed. 100+ expert testimonies. $100B+ in equity valued.
We're entering our next phase of growth, and we're looking for new team members to build their careers with us.
Why Peloton is different
Our teams are rewarded as owners. You share in the upside of what you originate, and in the value of the business you help build. Reward scales with what you deliver: uncapped, transparent, and known in advance, on top of your base salary. Advancement follows contribution, not tenure, and equity participation in the platform is available at every level.
The role
You'll join one of our valuation pods – small, senior-led teams advising high-profile ASX-listed, private equity and government clients on their most complex valuation matters.
You'll sit at the centre of your pod as the critical link between your Director and the analyst production engine, combining hands-on technical rigour with day-to-day team leadership.
Peloton fully invests in the training and development of its Associates towards Directorship, setting them up for the next stage of their careers.
You'll be involved in:
- Owning valuation and financial modelling engagements end-to-end
- Managing engagement delivery against time and budget
- Directing analysts and reviewing analyst-built comparable sets, financial models (DCF, capitalised earnings, precedent transactions) and reports, across business, share and intangible asset valuations, PPAs, impairment testing, tax valuations and transaction and dispute engagements
- Responsible for QA on analyst work, ahead of Director sign-off, to maintain pod’s production standard
- Building your BD capability alongside delivery – your Director will bring you into referrer conversations and pitch/scoping work as part of your development to begin growing your own client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to Peloton's proprietary valuation database and sharing thought leadership with clients and professional networks
About you
- Degree-qualified in finance, accounting, commerce or economics (preferred), with CA, CFA or equivalent professional accreditation (preferred)
- 4+ years' experience in valuations, transaction services, or a related qualified services role, including experience reviewing and directing others' work
- Strong technical grounding across financial modelling, comparable company analysis and valuation methodologies
- Experience managing engagement delivery – budgets, timelines and team resourcing
- Strong client-facing communication – comfortable presenting engagement updates and outcomes directly to clients
- An entrepreneurial streak – you're looking to build client and referrer relationships of your own
