About the Role
We are seeking a driven Contracts & Mobilisation Manager to lead our workforce operations, recruitment, mobilisation, and client service delivery activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of site-based workforce solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing team to meet operational objectives. The role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Workforce Coordination, Recruitment, and Mobilisation functions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee workforce planning, mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the delivery of workforce, medical, safety, and emergency response services across client sites.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and business objectives are achieved.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to drive engagement and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in workforce operations, recruitment, mobilisation, site services, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, mobilisation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience within mining, resources, labour hire, healthcare, or remote operations environments is highly regarded.
