SAP Concur Expense Functional Configuration

Ability to configure and manage Expense modules effectively.

- Expense types and categories
- Expense policies and compliance rules
- Approval workflows and hierarchies
- Audit rules and exception handling

Integrations & Financial Postings

- Integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC & Success factors
- Posting logic for expenses and reimbursements
- Bank and payroll integrations
- Credit card feed handling
- Understanding integration error handling and reconciliation

Worked in Application Managed Services (AMS) – Support engagements handling L1 (triaging/monitoring/customer co‑ordination) & L2 support (minor configurations, changes)
