We are seeking an experiencedSenior HSSE Advisor to work within our HSSE team for this project! Working on a roster of15 days on, 6 days off.

Your focus will include:

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s HSSE management system.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
- Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.




- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
- Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.

What you will bring to the team

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
- Experience working on large scale construction projects
- Formal HS Qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety)
- Driver’s License
