About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the chance to make a real impact-driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

In this role you will:

- Find the best way forward for our residents and people
- Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety
- Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met
- Inspire your team to perform and grow
- Build ties with the community to everyone's benefit

You'll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You'll also have:

- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Spent at least five years in a management role
- A background in aged or medical care
- Worked with a number of different systems
