Required Skills

- ServiceNow ITOM

- CMDB implementation,governance, and maintenance

- SecurityIncident Response (SIR)





Certifications

- CurrentServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

- CertifiedImplementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience inimplementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations modules, aswell as expertise in CMDB health, CSDM adoption, and service mapping. Theresource should be capable of engaging with business and technical stakeholdersand delivering quality outcomes .
