As a Flight Nurse with RFDSSE, you will provide care for patients in some of the most unique and challenging clinical environments in the country ranging from emergency primary retrievals, critical care transfers to remote aeromedical missions, no two days are ever the same.

About You
You're a confident and compassionate clinician with minimum 5 years critical care experience who thrives in rapid-paced environments and enjoys working autonomously. You bring strong critical care expertise, excellent clinical judgement and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Most importantly, you're motivated by meaningful work and are ready to make a genuine difference where it matters most.
What You'll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of five years' postgraduate acute critical care nursing experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Emergency Nursing
- Intensive Care Nursing
- Cardiothoracic Nursing
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Demonstrated ventilator competency
